ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

We work with you to conceptualise your ideas using a combination of two dimensional drawings and three dimensional modelling, including video fly-throughs.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once you are happy with the building design, we amplify the drawings to create detailed drawings which can be used for tender and construction by the builder. We manage the Development Applications and Building Permit Applications on your behalf.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We will manage your project through construction phase to completion by holding periodic site meetings with the contractor to monitor quality, program and costs.

Sphere Architects is a design focused practice with extensive design, construction documentation and contract administration experience in Perth, Western Australia.

This has contributed to the delivery of exemplary buildings in the public, commercial, church, and education sectors of Western Australia. In WA, the Architects Act 2004 requires that any person carrying out the practice of architecture under the title “Architect” must be registered with the Architects Board of Western Australia, of which we are proudly part.

Jero practiced architecture in Africa for many years and ran his own practice in Zimbabwe, before moving to Western Australia in 2006. Working with several commercial firms of Architects in Perth, he received wide exposure to many different types of projects, delivered in different construction techniques to match a variety of climates, before launching Sphere Architects in 2017.

Jero is a self-motivated Architect who believes in using his skills and experience to improve the built environment of our city and state.

He has a track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve cohesive construction outcomes. Equipped with excellent interpersonal & diplomacy skills, Jero has managed client & contractor relationships to achieve successful completion of several prestigious building projects.

Sphere Architects has been established for over 8 years and has worked with a number of churches, City Councils and not-for-profit organisations to complete Perth based projects.

Good long-standing working relationships with a variety of consultant firms ensures that Sphere Architects always works with competitive and competent engineers, interior designers, landscapers, and cost consultants, to deliver quality projects to our clients at affordable prices. Costs are managed during design & documentation stages to ensure budgets are not exceeded.
