This was the first of many projects we have designed for City of Wanneroo.

The City required the existing community centre be upgraded so that a compliant access path to the entrance from the car park could be provided.

The existing UAT was non-compliant and was redesigned to comply with AS 1428.1 standard.

The existing Male & Female toilets were upgraded to include ambulant toilets.

The entrance to the complex was entirely paved, and rather bleak. We suggested the addition of flower beds to soften the exterior. This design variation was adopted by CoW.
