We won the tender to renovate the tennis club rooms at this existing tennis club in Girrawheen. The old club rooms needed to be updated and the courts were completely rebuilt to comply with International Tennis Federation sporting standards.

Challenges were to minimise the impact of the new tennis courts and light poles on the existing indigenous trees, and to provide a new sewer pump station to connect to the main sewer.
