CENTRES SPECIALIST
The existing club house was built in the 1970s, and City of Stirling’s brief required that the building to be renovated to look more contemporary.
All the toilets, kitchens and servery were stripped out and replaced with new code compliant equipment and a new palette of finishes.
New storage areas were added to the rear of the building.
The pro shop floor was 500mm above the rest of the building. Initially the client wanted to retain this, but when they saw the extent of accessible ramps that were required, they agreed that a new floor should be laid at grade level to match the rest of the building.
